Stretches for Back Pain

Back pain can be such a drag, but incorporating stretches into your daily routine can make a world of difference. Here are a few stretches that could help ease that discomfort:

Butterfly Pose: While doing this exercise make sure to keep your spine erect. Butterfly pose can relieve back pain by stretching the groin, hips, knees, and inner thighs

Bridge Pose: This pose helps to reduce your back pain by stretching the front part of your thigh and creating a balance between strength and flexibility in your hip

Cat-Cow Stretch: On your hands and knees, alternate between arching your back (like a scared cat) and dipping it down (like a cow). This helps with flexibility and reduces tension.

Remember, always stretch gently and listen to your body. If your back pain persists, it’s a good idea to consult a healthcare professional. 💪
